Vision
Meredith Casada Counseling works to provide support and hope to children, teens, and families in the challenges of daily life. Whether relationship difficulties, trauma, or emotional challenges, some of the most meaningful words we can hear from another are "you are not alone". Many methods may be used in counseling such as play, art, humor, mindfulness, writing, music, and active listening. For those that are open to it, I often use prayer and scripture reference as a means of support and encouragement.
